Our Programs
From first water experiences to confident swimming. A program for every child.
Choose Your Child's Program
Every child receives one-on-one instruction tailored to their age and developmental stage. I will help you find the right fit.

For children just starting their water safety journey. Babies and young children learn to roll onto their backs and float independently. They learn to stay calm, breathe, and call for help if they accidentally fall into water.

- ✓ Roll to back float
- ✓ Independent floating
- ✓ Rest and breathe
- ✓ Cry for help while floating
Swim Skills Program
For children ready to build on their self-rescue foundation. They learn the full swim-float-swim sequence, swimming face-down, rolling to back float to breathe, then rolling back to continue swimming toward safety.

Stroke Technique Program
For swimmers who are already comfortable in the water and ready to develop proper technique. I work on form, breathing, endurance, and building the skills that make a confident, capable swimmer.

- ✓ Freestyle technique
- ✓ Backstroke technique
- ✓ Proper breathing patterns
- ✓ Endurance and speed

What Makes My Approach Different
I combine proven self-rescue methods with a science-backed, inclusive teaching philosophy.
Realistic Scenarios
Children practice clothed swimming and real-life situations so they are prepared for the unexpected, not just pool conditions.
Behavioral Science
My Master's degree in Human Behavior informs every lesson, helping each child progress through positive, evidence-based techniques.
Inclusive
As an Autism Aquatics certified instructor, I am specially trained to work with neurodiverse children and adapt lessons to each child's needs.
